cec experience under 10 years

My canadian experience is been done in 2013 ,can it be calculated considering the fact that its under 10 years, or how it has to be calcukated under 3 years ,because on crs tacker it says : In the last ten years, how many years of skilled work experience in Canada do you have?
But in other sites it says within last 3years???

You will not be eligible for CEC with your Canadian experience since it's not within 3 years.
It will however contribute towards your CRS if you qualify under FSW. That's why the CRS calculator asks you that question. It merely estimates your CRS, it doesn't determine your eligibility for specific streams under EE

Ok in other words, working in 2013 can give you crs points, but only under FSW???

Yes, unless you have more recent Canadian experience, i.e. within 3 years that makes you eligible for CEC
