CEC - Experience requirement

Hi,

I am planning to apply under CEC for PR. However, I have one problem. I do not have 2 years of employment in the last 36 months. However, I have 3+ years of experience in the last 5 years. Am I eligible for applying under CEC?

No, you are not eligible. You need 2 years (3900 hours) in the previous 3. If you had qualified to apply under CEC a year or two ago, you should have applied then.
