Hi,

I have worked with two companies for my 1 year experience in Canada both under the same NOC. My first employer (worked for 4 months) is not providing my experience letter. I have emailed him first on Jan 9th and even after multiple reminder/follow up emails, I have not received the letter from them.

I just received one email last Tuesday saying they will try to get to it, but haven't heard from them after even after reminder . I had left the company on good terms. But I dont know what to do.

I read on different forums that in such case, we can get a letter authorized by our colleague and do I need to notarize my experience letter if I get it from a colleague? I have the following documents to prove my employment with the company.
1.Payslips,
2.T4s
3Joining letter (not on the company letter head) but it states my duties , working hours and the salary . It has the signature from the Company's VP and my signature
4.ROE.
5.Bank statements for my salary deposit

Should this be enough to prove to the officer that I worked for the company? or Do I need anything more than this

After submitting the documents, I will continue persisting for the experience letter, and will submit via WebForm whenever I receive - Is this a good plan?

As the company is a startup , there are no Id cards with any of the employee in the organisation to provide along with the reference letter from my previous colleague
