Hope you are doing well!! I want discuss my situation where I am a first full time employee for tech startup based from Brampton and company is based from residential address. They were outsourcing their work before but they started building team in Canada and I am the first full time employee on payroll. It's an registered company, active since November 2016.

Will there be any problem in my profile given this scenario?

As long as you are being paid a regular salary that is in-line with the salary range for your NOC, and you aren't classified as self-employed, you'll be fine to count this work experience.

The only reason I am skeptical is because of the company size and address. I have all other required documents.
