Is it ok if I only attach the experience letter and few pay stubs (any 8 months) and not the T4a forms for 1 year Canadian Work Experience ?

Yes I can include offer letter, paystubs and notice of cra assessment.(done +1 for your answer)

as the part of job letter you need job reference letter from hr or manager . t4 and noa from cra. paystubs are not required unless you are showing 2016 .you can get t4 from cra for all years. call them and ask them t send for those you dont have
