Hi everyone, I’ve read somewhere that I need IELTS score with no band under 6.0 for CEC but I couldn’t find the official link anywhere. The CIC website only mentions that we need CLB 5 for noc B and CLB 7 for noc 0 and A. Could u please confirm which one is correct? I’m pretty sure 6.0 for all bands are still being applied but why don’t cic include it in the requirements? Thank u.

IELTS 6.0 = CLB 7. Any score below 6.0 (for skilled NOCs) makes you ineligible.

I understand that and I was just confused when using the crs tool. I put in Noc B and tried entering the Ielts scores with 1 band 5.5. I got 0 point on “Education A) Official Language proficiency and education” so I think in order to get 25 point for this section I’ll still need clb 7 even in noc B. Thanks for ur input tho
