CEC employer conditions..

hi.......
im going to be graduate with 1 yr study in april 2011 after that going to apply for PGWP, ocne of my frnd said me their are some conditions wich need to be fullfilled, like
a. annual turnover
b. no. of employees etc etc
can any one tell me full conditions...................

Just want to be sure you are aware - One year of study will get you a 1 year PGWP. One year of study + 1 year of work does not qualify for CEC. It has to be either 2 years of study+degree/diploma + 1 year of work, OR 2 years of work...

I have no idea what your friend is talking about. But qualifying employment has to be with a legitimate employer ("personal assistant to my uncle" will not count), self-employed does not count either. And the occupation has to be skilled, that is, have an NOC code of O, A, or B.
