I am sponsored for PR by my wife who is Canadian PR visa holder. I haven't received my PR and my file was submitted in June 2018. I dont know how long would Immigration may linger my geniune application.
I have been working as a Gas fitter and aiming for Gas Fitter B (NOC- b) ticket that I may get by end of this year. I have been doing this job since June 2020 but because of Covid I had to take off from work for 2.5 months. I am not eligible for CEC, otherwise I would have withdrawn my family sponsorship PR aplication and would have submitted file under CEC.
Can I withdraw my current family sponsorship PR application and apply PR under CEC express entry once I gain 1 year experience (that wpuld be done by Aug 2021) in my current NOC-B job?
My open work permit sponsored by my wife is vaild until March 2022, Can I apply PR under CEC and continue working under my wife's sponsored work permit until it finishes or do I have to get another work permit? Please advice. How long does it take to get PR done in CEC Express entry after submission of the application.
