CEC eligibility query

Can I apply and be eligible for CEC under two employers? I'm a holder of two valid work permits for supervisory position since I resigned from my previous employer, I supposed the first one was already void because I'm got a new permit with a new employer. Will the 8 months with the old employer and 5 months with the current one will qualify for CEC requirement of one year?

Yes. As long as the duties you performed align with that of the work permits, you are eligible.
