CEC Eligibility in September, Can I still apply with a permanent job?

I started working in a full-time job in September 2024. made a switch in January 2025. Technically, my 1 year of full-time Canadian work experience will be completed in September 2025. Should I wait till September to create and submit my profile under CEC, or can I do it now? The job I currently have is full-time permanent in STEM. I also have an option to go for OINP with a job offer(not LMIA) but the process under OINP takes a lot of time. Currently my CRS is 501 and with 1 year I will be reaching nearby 537. Should I create a file normally under Express Entry and submit or should I wait or should I go for OINP? I also have 8 months of co-op work experience which was full time. I know that is not counted under CEC but just letting you know.

You are eligible for CEC when you have a year of Canadian work experience. You can only create a profile if eligible for CEC or FSW.

You will be able to create a profile under CEC in August.

Co-op doesn't count.
