CEC EE - Intended to work in Canada question

Hello Friends

I have moved to Canada in ICT work permit and my wife (being my dependent) had an open work permit. She is a Financial professional and now got a job and working in Canada.

While I was creating the EE profile for her work history, Not sure which of the following option I need to choose:

1. Work permit required, No LMIA required
2. Work permit and LMIA required
3. No work permit required.
