CEC Documents: Payslips for Foreign Experience

Hello everyone, my spouse and I received an ITA to apply for PR under CEC, with me being the primary applicant. We don't have payslips for one of his jobs from 2017, and the company that he worked at has now been dissolved. Similarly, one of the companies I worked at in 2016 has now been shut, and I only have a few payslips from that job, not all. Do you know if this will affect our application? We anyway have 3+ years of foreign work experience apart from these jobs. Also, for CEC inland police clearance, do we have to get the certificate from our home country's embassy here or get it from the home country?

Bank statements, income tax return/certificate along with a LOE would be sufficient I suppose!
