i am preparing to apply CEC i am on skilled -B workpermit and i am working 40 hrs/ week since 23 months, i understand i need to work 1 more month, and my permit still valid july 2011 ( i got 3 year visa & 3 year permit at my first time),i am working in my occupation since 1999. as per CEC check list they need up to date original letter for 3 years only should i include only 3 years letter or should i include all of my experience letter. but the problem is my previous company 1 was closed, another one currently running dont have my record ( i was work there in 2000) third one is small restaurant they never keep any records. so if i include that letter there s any problem will arise while backround check. please help me!! i thing this should have the doubts for lot of us . please give your input who applied previousely under CEC applicants and the exprts!! thank you !! have a good day!!!
note
my friend just got AINP that checklist says dont need to include your education & work experience etc, in that case how they can do back round check. please need advise!!!

For CEC, your letters of employment should only cover the past 3 years. It is different from the FSW class in that requirement.

You have to be MUCH more specific. What exactly are you confused about? You think CIC writes instructions but doesn't expect you to follow them? Please just read and follow the directions.

Initially you asked about letters of employment, I answered about letters of employment. 3 years only. Instructions are VERY clear.

Schedule 1 Background Declaration, that is a completely different matter. Schedule 1, personal history, requires all your activities including your employment history - ALL of it - Since you were 18. This will be used for background checks.

AINP is IRRELEVANT to CEC. They are different programs, different requirements.
