CEC - couple application

Hello,

I have a doubt for my PR CEC Class. I have post graduation degree in canada and have one year work experience in NOC Code 2171. I am married since one year and we applied for spouse dependent visa twice and is rejected. Now, I want to apply for PR - together file of me and my husband. My query is if I am main applicant and my husband is dependent in our PR Profile, would it qualify under CEC class ? or normal express entry draw ?

With at least one year of Canadian work experience from main applicant automatically puts you into CEC.

Yes if you are main applicant, you will qualify for CEC class
