CEC COPR while we’re Outland - Advice needed

Hello,

My partner and I got approved on March 10.
After receiving COPR via email from Etobicoke landing we informed them that “We are outside Canadá”
They responded to us “Wait until restrictions are lifted and once in Canada contact them for furthers instructions “
COPR document is invalid as they reversed our status. I sent a webform days before approval for change of address hoping to get our passport stamp for landing (2 months and no reply yet)

We are work permit holders until the end of September.
Case 01: My Visitor visa expire the same day as my work permit. (September)
Case 02: My partner visa already expired but work permit still until September.

We need advice on:

1. It is better to wait until webform is responde and file transfer to a local office for a visa stamp¿ - I don’t want t

2. Our best option is to apply for a new visitor visa for my partner and travel to Canada showing proof that we currently live there. - Am I allow to enter the country with my visa expiring soon?

Sharing what I’ve read so far in this forum. Most applicants had the same experience as you where IRCC reverted their status to temporary. They returned to Canada since they have valid work permits and are exempt from restrictions. they informed IRCC that they’re back in Canada and got their COPRs.
