CEC confusion

I am confused with the criteria of CEC...!!

Well I am working in a Job which Fall under category B since last 6 months...!! Now I want to change my job because I am getting more salary over there..!! but its a 10 month contract. can I apply under CEC after 6 months of another job, as it completes my 1 year of canadian experience?? Does CEC need full time job offer letter or just 1 year experience is fine?

You should have 1 year experience for the same NOC. Does not matter if you change employers but the job description must be same.
