My company filed application for LMO last Nov. and got rejected because of "low wages" and "not enough efforts to hire Canadians". The problem is that my occupation in my job offer is Software Engineer, while the lawyer of our company changed it to Website Developer when applying for LMO. Also, in the refusal letter, my occupation was changed to Web Programmer by Service Canada.
Now my question is, which NOC code and occupation should I use to apply for CEC? Is there any problem with my changing occupation?
