CEC - Compiling the documents

I am currently compiling all the documents for the CEC category. I have few questions regarding the forms:

1) Generic application form ( IMM0008) - As per the guide, this needs to be filled for the primary applicant, and for spouse ,dependent children who are not PR or Citizen already. My son was born here in Canada. Per my understanding, I don't need to fill out his details in this application form. But, there is another form IMM 5406 ( additional family information) where we need to provide all family member details. I need to provide my son's details here. Is my understanding correct? Do I need to attach copy of my Son's birth certificate? ( IMM 5406 doesn't ask for it).

2) Also, do we need to write the names in 'native language' in IMM 5406 form? Please confirm

3) Do we need provide the copies of pay stubs? ( it is not mentioned in the check list, but I have seen people discussing in this forum).

IMM 5406 doesn't ask for it, but the application does not account for situations like yours.

I suggest writing a cover letter explaining that you have a son who is already a Canadian citizen, and is therefore not included on the application as a co-applicant, but is identified on form IMM5406. Attach a photocopy of his birth certificate to that.

I am planning to submit my PR application by end of this month

:Here is my situation: My current work permit expired ( july)..My employer got a positive LMO and applied for work permit extension ( not received the new permit yet)...My LMO is for the period of 9 months...I guess , my work permit will also extended for 9 months (I got 9 months because of SWO)..So, the question are:

1) Do I need to wait until I get the new Work permit ? Or Can I send the PR application along with the letter from my employer saying that my work permit extension has been filed? ... Later I can send the new work permit to CIC...

2) If I get the new work permit for 9 months, Will that affect my PR application?

3) In Form 5669, where we need to list all the addresses : If we are not sure about House # or Apt #, What should we do?

4) In Form 5562 , where we need to provide all the travels out side the country of origin for last Ten years : CAn I include 'Canada' as well? ( I am from India)
