CEC Class ELIGIBILITY

Can we fall under the CEC class if the primary applicant in the express entry does not have any canadian work experience but the spouse has 1 year of Canadian work experience?

I am currently in Canada and will complete 1 year experience soon. My wife doesn’t have any Canadian experience but she is the primary applicant in the express entry profile (as her age is less)
In this scenario will our express entry profile fall under CEC class ?

or do I need to create an express entry profile under my name as I being the primary applicant ?
