Hi Everyone,

I am a CEC candidate from Quebec on a Closed Work Permit.
My Work Permit is tied to Montreal location.

I received an ITA and have to submit my application before Dec 25th.

1. Do I need to provide the Intent to Leave Quebec now or should I wait for a letter from IRCC asking to provide the intent?
2. Once I get the PR, I am planning to purchase a property outside of Quebec and have started working on the mortgage process with the bank. Will this reason be sufficient to show my intent to leave Quebec?
3. I don't see any placeholder to attach IELTS result or WES report in the application. Is this not required?

Please provide your valuable suggestions.

Thank you,

You can add the WES and IELTS to your certificates/diploma. Just merge them in one PDF. In regard to your intent to leave QC you can explain that in the Client information letter and add it at the bottom
