I have finished one year under CEC as a "TOOL DESIGNER" While joining I was given an employment contract without duties but only designation. Now, when I asked my employer for reference/verification letter with duties they are giving me different duties than under that designation, which is according to NOC-B, not too bad and I am accepting it. They are willing to support me at optimized option.
My worry is,
1. How to represent the change of designation?
2. Can I just ignore the job contract with "TOOL DESIGNER" and get a new contract done with new designation?
3. Does the designation corelate anywhere with SIN or CRA?
I am awaiting for next E.E. draw and wondering what score will be needed? I have 455. Will the draw in July be CEC specific?
