CEC applied and move from canada - pls help

Dear All,
I need you expert advice..

I applied cec in month of June at Sydney processing center and it is under process and now I move to India, I am planning to come back because currently I am holding open work permit. Please help me to understand below query.

1.My lawyer mailing address is showing in Online application, should I update my new address and remain as it is.

2.Currently I am hold new open work permit and my family had new visitor permit, should I update cec for that. If yes where I can send or mail these details

In my opinion you need not to do anything except asking your lawyer to do it on your behalf. That's why you paid him and he is your representative now. As per CIC's expectation you need to inform in case you change your whereabouts.

I don't really think there is any need to inform CIC about your BOWP or visitor visa's. You can anytime go to Canada and if you want just let them know that you are in Canada through your Lawyer.
