CEC Applications slowing down?

Hey guys
I applied for CEC. AOR 15 June. Anyone in May June had their meds passed yet ? Seems they've stopped CECEC application.

Anyone have any theories or insight on this? Was hoping to be back in Canada in October but seems a lil far fetched at this pointment
