CEC application

I am confusing about my situation. i landed here in canada last year as food counter attendant after a month that i was working they promoted me as a supervisor. ,i received each of every pay check written that i worked as a supervisor.. But they weren't change my working permit... Now i got 1 year pay check as a skilled and waiting for my new working permit under supervisor. Shall i start my application under CEC?

You can't. Your work permit needs to be as a supervisor.

CEC eligibility criteria says, "have gained your experience in Canada with the proper authorization ".

Since your work permit was for FCA. It does not count even if you were being paid as a supervisor.

you are eligable under PNP .if you lives in Alberta ANIP is good 4 u PR application

If you want to apply under CEC, Yes you will need to wait another year from the day you receive your supervisor work permit.

If you want to try under AINP, (Of course only if you are in Alberta)
