I had submitted my CEC application in September 2024.
I received a mail asking me for submitting a few additional forms for me (the principal applicant) and my spouse (added as a dependent, who lives in USA) -
1. Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing original signatures
2. Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures
3. Travel History Info Form (to be completed for both me and my spouse)
But this information was already provided in my application (in the online portal) previously.
Did anyone else get this ask ?
Any reason for getting this again (since I have already provided passport, stamps of entry/exit, i94, etc.) ?
Do we need to provide the travel history of the period after submitting the PR application as well ?
