CEC Application processing order

Is there any formal order in which CEC PR applications are processed. While going through April 2013 thread I came across many posts which suggests CPC-Ottawa has started issuing MR for applicants who applied in NOC B category. This gives an impression that NOC "0" and "A" gets processed first. Can someone please clarify?

Looking at the trend, I also feel that NOC B are processed last.. Don't know for sure thou...

Seniors may confirm as I also have a doubt

Looking at the trend from not only April but previous months as well I would definitely say NOC B applicants gets processed after A's and O's. There are few cases where NOC B gets processed before A or O, but that's rare. Kinda unfair giving the fact that you would expect your application to be processed in order of date received. Oh well, I guess patience is key. No telling exactly how CIC does things with CEC.

is it because of the priority for NOC 0 and A, or is it because there is more work for them with NOC B?

I guess its just priority, since we all submit similiar documents. I mean applicants from all NOC's work for various companies, large and small. Not to say that NOC B applicants only work for small firms so it takes more digging to verify their application details. Just my thought.
