CEC application package m to my application

i am single person never married , no kids , no common law partner ,
i am in the process of filling out my application for p.r
there is a form Additional Dependants Declaration [IMM 0008DEP]
Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union (IMM 5409)
Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada (IMM 5604)
Use of a Representative [IMM 5476]
none of the above concern me can i submit application withought adding theese forms or do i need to to fill them up as N/A and add them, also do i need to submit all my pay slips ..

Dear Anto21,

Please check the Document Checklist very carefully. I think, you have to submit all the forms except IMM 5476. You can write Not Applicable against specific questions that is not applicable to you.

Pay slips are additional supporting docs and not compolsury.
