CEC Application Help

Well... after 4 years in Canada all came to this... an application for PR that to me, like anyone else, scares the s out of me... mostly because I know for a fact, that this time I have everything against me..
Yesterday my current employer told me that they won’t be applying for a LMO so my only choice will be to apply for CEC and then apply for the new Bridging Work Permit.
My work permit expires on July 10, (3 months from now)
Current Experience in Canada is about 9.5 months. Started working on May 27-2012 till January 31-2013 for around 35 hours a week. Contract expired and found a new employer-permanent position on March 1st
So basically, I will complete my year of experience just about the time my work permit expires. So, what should I do???
Option 1: Apply before completing my full year of experience (end of May), hopefully file will be open when I got the year (end of June) and apply for the bridging work permit and enjoy the implied status, until it gets approved or rejected.
Option 2: Apply when I complete my year of experience (end of June), and apply to the bridging work permit without receiving confirmation of eligibility. Enjoy the implied status until a decision is made.
I also have 4 months of full time qualified paid work experience, only problem is that I got it while I was studying, aka, CO-OP
Any other option will be appreciated.
Thank you very much for your time.
Cheers,
Nacho

If you're on a PGWP, the LMO application is simple, there is no advertising requirement. Suggest using your time to find a new employer -
