Hi Yenoh,

If you go to the CIC website, all your questions are answered there.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/EnGLish/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp

For CEC it is 2 years of full-time employment IF
1) it is skilled work (NOC O, A, or B), AND
2) You can demonstrate the proper work visas for all your jobs.

Were you on an open work permit? Otherwise, I'm not sure how you were able to jump from job to job like that.

For the Federal Skilled Worker program, you may already qualify as a foreign worker with one year of full-time continuous experience -

If you have 3900 hours of skilled work at the time you reach 2 years, you can apply under CEC. If not, you have to wait until you reach 3900 hours. You can not apply before the 2 years are up.

The reason I say 3900 is that CIC considers full time work to be 1950 hours a year (40 hours a week with 2 weeks vacation) and they are asking for 2 years full time or equivalent.

Working for 3 companies doesn't matter but you can only count skilled work experiences. If your other two jobs were low skilled, you must wait until you have 2 years in the 3rd job to apply under CEC.

You can tell a skilled vs. low-skilled job from the NOC code.
If the NOC starts with 0, say 0634, it's a 0 skill type job.
If the NOC does not start with 0 but the 2nd digit is 1, such as 3142 then it's a skill level A job.
If the NOC does not start with 0 but the 2nd digit is 2 or 3 such as 6212 or 7311 then it's a skill level B job.
All NOC's where the first digit is not 0 and the 2nd digit is not 1, 2 or 3 are low skilled.

You can apply as a skilled worker under category 3 as you have been working in Canada for more than a year. You need at least 67 points and at least 1 year continuous skilled work experience in the last 10 years, doesn't have to be from Canada though.

The only issue you may have regarding 3 different employers is, if you are depending on that experience to meet the 1 year continuous employment requirement (which is NOT the same as the requirement regarding work experience in Canada), is whether there were any gaps between the jobs. The instructions indicate that different employers are OK as long as the work experience is continuous. For most people though, there will be time gaps between employers...
