CEC Applicants without Job Offer...

I have a question and was wondering if anyone could assist please. For applicants who are applyimg under CEC without a job offer are they required to attach their job contract after they receive an ITA? Or the reference letter from the employer will be sufficient?

Just to confirm. By job offer I meant that my employer does not have approved LMIA, but I am still employed. So reference letter would be enough in this case?

Reference letter is the only mandatory document required, everything else is a plus (pay stubs, T4, contract, etc)
