CEC applicants who received ITA and AOR (need your help)

Hello,

I received an ITA under CEC this Friday. Could someone please confirm the requirements for proof of funds for CEC. I have come across a lot of contradictory information on this forum. I made my profile stating i have 12,000 in as POF. Could I change it to a lower amount? Do I need to show the minimum requirement at all? Please please please leave a comment if anyone has already gone ahead with their PR application with lower than the requirement (12 K) without any issues.

I am currently working full time on an open work permit, have a contract for 2 more years, no LMIA though.

The only thing here that I am fairly certain of is that you at the very least have to prove you have the funds you declared on your EE.

You have to prove you have $12,000.

I put $4,000 and I will prove that.

I don't know how it works if you have a job in Canada. I'm currently abroad.
