It's possible IRCC has decided to stop the CEC specific draws and when draws resume, they will be general (which means they will include both FSW and CEC applicants). Or maybe they will resume CEC draws. No one knows.

Probably next year. Tr to pr, 13th Feb 75 CRS draw, and continues CEC draws IRCC needs a break. Hang in tight next year similar programs favoring applicants will be introduced. Rumours has it tr to pr is coming back.
