Signed. I got my PR before EE through CEC with a LMIA exempt job. I wouldn't have the 600 pts per current rules under EE... I feel like the PGWP holders and other temp workers with a skilled NOC 0, A or B job should get 600 pts. At least the government should make LMIA much easier to get than it is...

That was my question from first time hit by new CEC rules. I'm paying tax and mortgage and still like anybody else coming from outside.
Really is not fair for CECs.
