I called CIC today and the agent told me that I have passed eligibility criteria and background verification is done too but I cannot see any update on my application.
I received a ghost update on 29th april after calling them on 26th april.

Medicals passed - 5th Dec
NO biometrics required
2 ghost updates so far
15 days left for 6 months

Where did you call CIC and are they providing status. Mine is AOR 25th november , Medicals Passed 11th Dec and post that submitted RCMP clearance in January. 22 days left for6mmonths. No change in application status. Will they provide me status if I call them.,. Please share your experience.

Most probably you will get your PPR before the end of this month.

Maybe you can try calling them. This is their number - 18882422100. We have a similar timeline for our application. I hope you get ur PPR soon too.

Exact similar status for me as well. ..Called CIC but their IVR drops call once you reach the point to route it for status check.

Yes, the same happened to me as well. However I just called again and it went through. Maybe since they are working in limited capacity, they can't take high volume calls
