CEC applicant - Everything is green on the application tracker. But COPR expiry date is not updated yet

Hi,
I submitted my PR application in Mar 2023 (AOR Jan 2023). Today, my background verification is showing as completed. With that, all 4 checks are completed. Does that mean my PR is approved or it could be the other way around?
When would be my COPR expiry date would be updated?
Any replies would be appreciated.
