cc got cancelled

Dear sir/madam
My credit card got cancelled due to a fraud transaction.
I send a bank draft on 2/August/2014. My actual fswp application for noc 3233 had been received by cio on 20/May/2014.
will they take my bank draft into consideration.
Please give me a reply

There is no guarantee that CIC will match your DD up with your previously received application. There are mixed reports on this.

You are more likely to succeed if you had a UCI number you could quote when sending the new DD.
