cbse pass certificate . HEELPPP

hello guys,
i got offer letter from centennial college for mechanical engineering technology-Design. and i've paid the tuition fee and GIC and everything and all other papers are ready. only thing that is worrying me before filling the visa is the Pass certificate of 12th. as it hasnt been issued yet by the CBSE 2016. so what shall i do in such case . i spoke to my previous school and they said ,that it will take another month to reach them. as by that time, it will be too late for me to apply for falls 2016.

Also, my mother is single(i.e Divorced). is that going to affect my visa chances by anyway?

anyway,my profile:

10th- 70% in science (Math-60) icse 2014
12th- 78% in science (Math-57) cbse 2016
IELTS- 7 bands with no less than 6.5
annual income of mother shown in IT return - 350000 (she is funding me by the saving)

please guys let me know about my visa chances and about the pass certificate issue . please please

Hey you can get your certificate from regional CBSE office within two working days. All you need to do is give 'lost certificate ' ad in any national newspaper and fill cbse duplication certificate form and submit it. Thats not difficult

how can i apply for a duplicate if i havent been issued the original one itslef.
the regional office will know that board hasnt issued the pass certificate for 2016 so how can the candidate lose it!
any other options?

Oh sorry! I thought you lost your certificate. I think you need to talk with your school or concerned office that you need it urge tly. Theres no other way you can get.

Your profile is good. The pass certificate will take its own time and there's no way you can get it directly from CBSE
until and unless it's a duplicate one.

Second thing a single parent is not a problem but it's better if you can show your grandparent income also to take the figure
around 5 lakh +.

Third, centennial college is a bad choice. Whoever advised you on that didn't do proper research. You got into the trap because
of co-op in the course?

Visa Refusal : Only VO and God knows better. As in Gita : Do your work honestly and don't worry about the results.

Pass Certificate, I guess is required but it's not embassy fault also. Call up CIC to know better or maybe some member here
can give you better advice.
