Can we submit the CBSA record along with the citizenship application package

you 'can' submit anything you want with the application. Whether is a good idea to submit one or not - I would say its not a bad idea if you have one and if you have done lots of trips. It is definitely not a mandatory document and there is no harm in submitting one, if you wish to go that route.
