hi everyone
i was out of country since last 2 months
came back canada on 27th january 2016 to attend my citizenship ceremony
as i was travelling on my home country passport...when i reached at immigration counter
CBSA officer forgot to stamp entry on my passport
i didnt notice that mistake till yesterday
now when i ll go back i m afraid that i wud have problem with immigration in back home
is there some one who can suggest me who should i contact to in canada to resolve the issue before i go back on 18th of feb 2016 ?
hope to hear from u guyz soon

Isn't that normal for CBSA officer don't stamp passport for PR and dual Canadian citizens?

no its not the usual practice cz i have been travlling on my P R since last 7 years
and every time i come canada cbsa officer always stamp entry on my passport
even i came last time in april 2015,officer stamped my passport
they dont stamp exit on passport

I've re-entered Canada tons of times where they haven't stamped my passport. I don't think it matters - they record the entry in their systems even if they don't physically stamp.

I'm not sure what you're worried is going to happen. What is the problem you're thinking might occur? Problem with Canadian immigration or in your home country?

brother i knw its canada n nothing will happen wrong here
am all worried about back home
coz when i ll reach there .....immigration officer will make a huge fuss of this small mistake
he will not let me in the country
he will try every thing to blame me for this mistake
he will ask me for bribe
he will threaten me
thts how their system is....i simply dont wanna face that type of situation
but if u say tht so many times they havent stamped ur passport when u entered in canada....thts a gud sinews for me

You're saying that your home country, a place where you hold a passport for and are a citizen of, might not let you in because you didn't get an entry stamp on your last visit to Canada?

I don't know many details about other countries entry requirements but that seems crazy! I'm not denying it's the truth though - I hope things work out for you. I guess you've got strong reasons to immigrate to Canada if this is the sort of thing you need to put up with at home. Good luck!

anybody know who shud i contact to solve this?
cbsa or cic or shud i go airport to discuss this matter with authorities?
