And how do you think we should know that? You should look at the list precisely, then go to http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/english/NOC/2011/OccupationIndex.aspx
Then put a 4-digit NOC code in the quick search box at the left-bottom side of the page and study thoroughly what's written in the occupation description and main duties/responsibilities for each NOC.
If the description and main duties match with what you actually do at work, then you are eligible to apply under this NOC code.
If you are sure you are eligible under several NOC codes at the same time, then pick the least "hot" where you have better odds to stay within caps.
