I recently applied for EE. My crs score is 517. Im a nurse in ON working for 13 months now full time my question is in my account it says im eligible to apply to cec and fsw. Im hoping to apply to health care category based in the future draw. Should it show in my ircc account that im eligible to apply with category based?

you won't apply for anything basically IRCC will conduct it draws on different categories depends on their plan.
As far as I see your score which is quite good you will get your ITA in CEC category draw(Healthcare) or CEC general just wait few weeks and make sure you have all the necessary documentation ready.
