Category and Mailing address

Hi Everyone,

I am Shravya from India, applying for Canada immigration under NOC 2147 (Computer Engineer) . I am confused with the category to mention on the Envelope and also the mailing address to which I have to send all my documents. I have already gone through the guide, but unable to understand as there are 3 mailing addresses. Kindly specify appropriate category and the address...

Moreover what noc 2011 ?

Hello shravya

There are 3 visa categories for FSW 2013:
1. NOC Category (for applicants without a job offer from a Canadian employer)
2. Arranged Employment Catagory (for applicants with a job offer from a Canadian employer)
3. PhD Stream (for International PhD students in Canada)

If you are applying without a job offer letter from Canada then yours is "NOC Category"

You need to courier your application to the following address:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Centralized Intake Office
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS B1P 5Z2
Canada

NOC 2011 refers to the "National Occupation List of 2011" released by the Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) for classification and description of occupations in the Canadian economy.

Thank You at last I got the reply, may I ask you about the experience letter, one of my friend suggested to put my Reference Letter (experience letter) Original ?
Rest of the documents (appointment letter relieving letter salary details) Photo Copies ?

This is a common misconception. Please note that CIC has not asked for original experience letters. Just neat plain photocopies. The originals may be asked later once the file reaches the designated visa office.
