Hi dears

please share your idea about those case which are before 27 feb 2008...

my bother applied in september 2007 at CHC Islamabad ,just AOR received in one month .....still application in row
my one friend has applied in september 2006 at CHC manila philfine but no reply ..still application is in row.
my many friend applied in september 2007 but still application is in row..

any idea about these application...? please shre your experience with us ..we can help each other ...

did u receive ur any further letter to submit ur documents within 120 days?
have u other experience of ur friend ..

Hi Gulshan,

We applied on 4th Feb,2007. We got file number in July,2007. Got letter from LOndon office to submit all documents by July,2009 on april,2009. Sent all documents to Canada by mistake. Received all documents from Canada to send it back to London office . Send all documents to London Office in Spetember. Got letter asking us to send further docuemtns, pay slips, contract copies in Nove,mber. Sent all docuements on 31st December. Got letter to do medicals and pay landing fees in March. Send medicals and landing fees in Apirl 4th, recived on april 6th. Now waiting........

which country r u from basically?
me from pakistan....but i applied in CHC islam abad..
if u r from paksitan then at which visa have u in uk right now..
could u tell me why big differnece between CHC islamabad and CHC london..
right now immigration section is shifted to london ..do u beleive that london ll speed up cases like ur cases...
for which occupation did u apply ? did not u send ur reference letter to them then why did they require for pay slip and contracr letter?
please explain and comment here

W e applied through a representative,got 120day in 04 ,file number was allocated feb 05.We got a letter june 09 asking if we were still intersted in migrating to canada,we have been waiting since,heard nothing ,received nothing.I sent specific enquiry in Dec 09 and had nothing .Someone in this forum from Nigeria who is june 2004 had received update and medical requests,fingers crossed though.

Hi Gulshan,

am from India, applied from dubai; London Office. I have no clue why they asked the additional documents of contract for job. I cannot answer why islamabad late and London faster; to me london itself looks pretty late, this is now 38 months since we filed, so it doesnt really look quick. but our application on ;last stage now, hope all goes well.
