case status - london chc

hello guys,

I applied in fsw in nov 2009. I send full document to london chc on april 2010. My current e cas status says that we started processing application on 22 june 2010. The decision has been made and our office will contact u concerning about this decision. so far i haven't heard any thing fron chc londn.

I am regular reader of this forum and i understand from previous post that if u e cas shows decision has been made before the medical issued that mean rejection. right ?

I done case specific inquiry to london chc couple of time in between and both occasion they informed me that its in under consideration and waiting for review and no action required from your side at this point. Chc london also asked to minimum coresspondance as it slows the process.

Please let me know if any one else is on same boat ? can u please advise me what i will do ?

Same situation with some others members here on this forum no problem for you if they replied you that your case under consideration and waiting for review and no action required from your side at this point.I think you are safe Some time Error in ecase and dont depend only on ecase.

any one else has a same situation ? so you suggest i continue to wait untill next year ? if nothing come than i might contact them again... any other suggestion ?
