Case Specific Question - Please Help

Hello,

Need your little help for EE application. I know you have discussed in forum that you have applied under CEC EE.
Could you please help me with my scenario. I have back home experience in category B for 3 years however when I tried to Create EE
It kicked my profile as ineligible so I'm planning to apply under CEC

Little bit of Background

Feb-18-2014 to Sep-9-2014 Category O
My work permit expired and I had to leave this Job.

(Total days worked 203 Days)

Dec-2-2014 current Job Category B with LMIA
May 13 2015 is when I complete 162 Days at current Job.

Celpip

Speaking - 9
Listening -10
Writing - 8
Reading 6

Q.1 Do I wait for the exact 365 days/12 months/52 weeks or do I wait for couple of more days before creating EE profile?
Q.2 As I'm supported by LMIA can I put $0 in EE profile as POF?
Q.3 I have PCC ready however it will expire (3 month) on June 18 2015. Can I submit the same PCC ?

Please please please need your help experts.

1. You will need to have exactly 365 days to create a profile (or else you will need to put "less than 1 year experience" and will be deemed ineligible.

2. You can put $0. CEC doesn't care about it

3. If by the draw you get your ITA your PCC is still valid, you can submit it. But CIC might ask for a new one anyway.

1 - Option A: You can wait till Dec to get one full year experience with LMIA or
Option B : You can try creating Profile on EE using 1 year + 1 week(to be on safe side) of experience. EE profile will tell you if you are eligible or not.

2 - I better suggest you put some amount of Money, as a matter of fact you don't have to provide POF as you are authorized to work in Canada and have job offer supported by LMIA. BTW POF is not required under CEC.

3- PCC's are valid for 1 year. So you cannot use that PCC as PCC should be no more than 3 months old at the time of submitting it.

P.S. You will have more than 67 points if I am not wrong so you might even get eligible under FSW. You don't have to worry about POF under FSW as well because you are exempt of it.

Do you think CEC wouldn't accept the combination of two jobs? or I need to wait till DEC to gain a year experience.?

2. Category B experience Noc 2282 for Y company for 11 Months.

I gathered all documents and reference letters however EE automatically making my profile ineligible.....I assume its because of my Celpip Score in Reading 6........FSW requirement is 7 CLB in all.

I see. That's an auto fail. Retake the test and do better next time.

CEC accepts combination of jobs accumulated to 365 days.
