Case Specific Inquiry

I have sent a contacted CIC through "Case Specific Inquiry" but I have not received any automated reply neither any proper reply after two weeks? Is it normal to not receive automated reply?

If your reason in genuine , CIC will reply you within 2-3 days through case specific form

You sent email through specific inquiry form or email to immigration section?

Yup to the form and only one mails are transmitted but still no replies

In my case I did not even get the acknowledgement email.
