Hi all

I raised CSE on 25/01/2016 Regarding my pcc rejection and got response in 30 days, Thankfully my application reopened.

Then i raised another CSE regarding my USA visit visa refusals on 01/04/2016 .till now no response (1 month and 21 days)

IS that normal to take too much time ? did they lost my CSE ? why it is taking too much nowadays ? any body have same satiation?

let us discuss this matter.

From what I have seen from others, 3-5 weeks seem to be fairly normal for any CSE.

Also, if you are just providing them with additional information that they can then use as part of the assessment of your application, they might not respond at all and just add it to your file.

I dont think it was lost.

Sadly, IRCC has generally been slow to respond to CSEs so I hope you get some news soon.

sir,

I quit my job, currently i do not work and i do not want to work, instead take up some online courses, I left job after 4 days after i submitted my schedule A, do u think i should raise CSE by attaching relieving letter.

secondly , i made a spelling mistake in my parents names in eAPR but not in Schedule A do u think i should raise for this as well.

cheers,
Rrk.

As long as you didnt get points for LMIA approved job, quitting shouldnt be an issue. There is no requirement for you to be employed to receive PR.

Regarding the spelling mistake, I think you can raise a CSE just to be on the safe side. Better to let them know just in case.

write polite letter for IRCC explaining that you have spelling mistake in your parent's name and send it using CSE.
