CASE SPECIFIC INQUIRY- BEIJING [technical problem?]

Been trying to update and send additional information through this CIC portal, but keep getting this error message;

Server Error in '/enquiries-renseignements' Application.
The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address.

I've checked and rechecked all my input info, "character count," and document size/type..,

Any ideas anyone? ???

Just a follow up on this topic in case anyone is experiencing the same problem at other Case Specific Enquiry portals (not just Beijing.)

You can go to this more general Case Specific Enquiry portal; https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
and fill in all of the information fields, then "print" and save as a PDF file - also copy any document(s) to upload as a PDF, and then send with a cover letter (regarding the contents and dysfunctional portal,) and all attached files to the email address of your embassy.

I did this and received an immediate auto response confirmation identical to the confirmation that you get with the Case Specific Enquiry (when functioning)
