Its Me Again

Its Been Four months since my medicals and still no word I am using a lawyer. Collins Singer. I want to send a case specific Inquiry. I asked my lawyer to do so and he said its better to wait. please help!

1) how do i format it?

2) should i listen to my lawyer?

3) is there any harm a case specific Inquiry can have on my case?

4) How Long before they respond?

5) And what will response be like i.e will they give me my pr?

The wait is killing me as i have already quit commitments here in view of migrating to Canada. I am using pretoria office if it matters
I started my case in Jan Last year and did medicals last december 3rd (they reached on 8th) and its 1st Aprill

Might i add that i re-submitted proof of funds this january again as CIC re-requested. dont know why

Hi Mapaloj,

here are the answers.

1) how do i format it? (No specific format for it, go with the flow.)

2) should i listen to my lawyer? (You can but it's ur file and ur case so you can take a decision yourself)

3) is there any harm a case specific Inquiry can have on my case? (No harm in doing that as long as its not too frequent)

4) How Long before they respond? (Depends office to office, normally they says within 30 days but are usually lot quicker than that)

5) And what will response be like i.e will they give me my pr? (Response will be like whatever the update would be, they won't issue you the PPR only because you have asked them to but they'll update you whatever is happening in ur case).
