How many days it takes to get response for case specific enquiry? Its been 35 days since I applied for it and I have not heard back any response from them. Btw my application already crossed 15 months with no correspondence from CIC after AOR

Your application is way overdue. Have you order GCMS notes to see where it's stuck? You can also ask your local member of Parliament to help you on this.

I sent an email to Ottawa last Friday and got a reply on Monday. It says that my files are being processed and nothing more.

I have not received GCMS notes and just a simple reply to say my timeline is normal.

ok okay. I just now send case specific enquiry online to my visa office and I will update if I receive any update.
mine is normal timeline but curious as others..lets hope if something turns positive.

This inquiry only works for cases process beyond 13 months.
